I’m interested in working with people who are ready to make changes and who are willing to stretch and get a little or a lot uncomfortable in order to achieve their goals.  We’ll work hard and we’ll celebrate the victories.  You get to win at getting what you want.

Once I’ve read your application, I’ll be in touch via email to schedule a complimentary 20-25 minute Zoom call so we can get to know each other, you can tell me more about your goals, and I can determine whether or not I can provide you with the coaching support you need.  

Packaging and pricing:

Coaching packages include two 1 hr monthly coaching sessions via Zoom, plus email and text support.

If during the call we determine together that we’d like to continue, you can elect to take care of the payment via the payment option on my website and we can plan for our first call.  It’s that easy.
